"My husband and I hired Cape May BBQ Company to cater our rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding and it was the best thing we could have done! We were mixing traditional in with non-traditional throughout the beach wedding weekend and thought a pig roast would be the perfect way to share the festivities with our closest friends and family. Well, Ken and his staff were a delight and anticipated our every need before we could even consider them ourselves. They knew just what balance we were attempting to strike between formal and informal and they met us there in lock step. I knew when they stopped by hours before the event to survey the location that we had made the right choice. They were just the most pleasant and accommodating people but, I must say, they could have been curmudgeons because the cuisine was top notch. Everyone from the particular aunt to the picky 5 your old cousin was blown away by the meal. The best part? Leftovers the following night during the wedding after party.
