MEET THE CHEF
KEN HUTCHINSON
Cape May Catering and BBQ Co is a local business created by local Chef
Ken (Hutch) Hutchinson.
Chef Ken has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and
is a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Arts. He has worked with
various corporate restaurants such as the Hyatt Corporation in Maui,
Hawaii, Executive Chef for Planet Hollywood, Manhatten, NY, and the
Springfield Country Club in Springfield, PA. He has also worked
locally as the Executive Chef at the Golden Inn in Avalon and the
Merion Inn in Cape May. Some of his specialty cuisines include:
Pacific Rim, Oriental, French and Modified American next event
